The CQAF constitutes a European reference framework to ensure and develop quality in VET, building on the key principles of the most relevant quality assurance models.
It may be considered as a cross reading instrument that can help policy-makers and practitioners to understand better how QA models work, to identify areas of provision that need improvement, and take decisions on how to improve them based on common quantitative and qualitative references.
